PCGS Auction

5:00 - 9:15 p.m.
The auction is P.I.E.’s largest fundraising event, with the money raised used towards teacher requests for items not allotted in the budget and other school enhancements. The event offers dinner and an opportunity for everyone to purchase auction items.
- Bake shoppe - 5 - 9:00 p.m. - items include pastries, plates of cookies, canned produce, cakes and bags of snack mix. (Donations may be brought to PCGS on Friday, October 23 during school hours or Saturday, October 24 from 10 - noon.)
- Silent auctions - back by popular demand is the "Buy It Now" option. Silent Auction#1 runs from 5 - 5:45 p.m. Silent Auction #2 runs from 6 - 6:45 p.m. "Buy It Now" option begins at the starting bell at 5:00 p.m. - if you cannot attend please designate someone who can to be your "buy it now" buyer!
- Verbal auction - 7:00 - 9:15 p.m.
- NEW THIS YEAR! We will end the evening with a drawing for a 32" flat screen TV donated by Stravers' True Value/Radio Shack.
- NEW THIS YEAR! Enjoy specialty desserts, coffee and bottled water during the verbal auction.
- Supper - Pizza Ranch Pizza, dessert pizza, ice cream cups and pop are available for a free will donation from 5 - 6:30 p.m.
- Childcare - childcare for infants - 5th grade will be available at Work Systems for $5/child. Children will be entertained by PCGS parents and Inter Varsity students from Central College. Please pre-register at Pella Christian Grade School by October 14.
Items on Silent Auctions #1 and #2 have a listed B.I.N. price - Buy It Now. Buy It Now goes into effect at the auction event at 5:00 p.m. Flag down one of the auction workers and they will guide you through the Buy It Now process.
